The iPad Mini comes with a good performance thanks to the A12 bionic chipset. The A12 Bionic chip with Neural Engine enables a remarkable level of power and intelligence. It ships with iOS 12 but is upgradable to the latest versions and runs smoothly on this device. It has a longer battery life as well. You can surf up to 9 hours on the web continuously using cellular data on this tablet.
Talking about its display, it has a 7.9-inch display with apple pencil support. Apple wants people to use the iPad Mini as their go-to device for casual use, while iPad Air and iPad Pro are considered as for entertainment and professional use. 7.9 inches display of the iPad mini is small when we compared to the iPad. But it is a really good screen.
The resolution of the iPad Mini (2019) display is 2048×1536 at 326 ppi (pixels per inch). The whole screen looks like its predecessor with thick bezels. The bezels are thick on the top and bottom, but thinner on both sides. The home button with Touch ID fingerprint reader is seen in the below part of the display.
7 MP front facing camera is present above the display and an 8 MP camera with no camera bump is available at the back. The power button and a 3.5mm headphone jack are available at the top of the iPad Mini 5.
